Rooted Integrative Medicine is a West Des Moines practice led by Shelbie Curry, ARNP, a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 26 years of medical experience. Taking a whole-system, root-cause approach to chronic illness and complex health concerns, the practice looks beyond isolated symptoms — evaluating hormones, gut health, metabolism, environmental exposures, and stress patterns to build personalized care plans. Based alongside Total Health Experience, Rooted Integrative Medicine works hand in hand with T.H.E. to connect patients with advanced diagnostics and preventive screening as part of coordinated care.
